1. BOOKING PROCESS
To confirm your Thailand tour package, please follow these steps:
1.1 Inquiry and Quotation
- Inquiries: Customers can inquire about the tour package via our official website, by email, or by contacting our customer service team at the provided phone numbers.
- Quotation: Once we receive your inquiry, a tour specialist will provide a detailed quotation based on your travel preferences, dates, and other requirements.
1.2 Booking Confirmation
- Provisional Booking: Upon your request, we will reserve your accommodation, transfers, and activities temporarily while awaiting confirmation.
- Final Booking: To secure your reservation, you must provide:
- Full names of all passengers (as per passport)
- Passport details (passport must have at least 6 months of validity from the date of return)
- Travel dates and itinerary preference
A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email, detailing your itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and payment terms.
2. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully:
2.1 Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing (via email) as soon as possible. The following cancellation charges will apply:
- 30 days or more before departure: Full refund of the amount paid minus the deposit.
- 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 14 days or less before departure: No refund will be provided.
2.2 Cancellation by Buy Air Ticket Ltd.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we will offer:
- A full refund of all payments made to Buy Air Ticket Ltd., or
- The option to reschedule your trip or receive a credit for future travel.
2.3 Refund Processing
All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the cancellation is confirmed. Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
3. AMENDMENT POLICY
If you wish to modify your booking after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
3.1 Change of Travel Dates
- More than 21 days before departure: Free of charge (subject to availability of hotels and services)
- Less than 21 days before departure: Changes will incur a fee based on the supplier’s policies (hotels, airlines, etc.).
3.2 Name Changes
- Name changes are allowed up to 14 days before departure, subject to a name change fee as determined by the airline and other service providers.
3.3 Additional Charges
- Any changes to the itinerary, hotel category, or other services may result in additional costs, which will be communicated to you before proceeding with the amendment.
4. EXCLUSIONS & ADDITIONAL CHARGES
The tour package excludes certain items as listed in the itinerary. These include but are not limited to:
- International air tickets (approx. TK. 32,000 per adult)
- Optional tours or activities
- Personal expenses such as additional meals, drinks, tips, and shopping
- Hotel weekend surcharges for stays on Saturday or Sunday
- Any cost related to early check-in or late check-out at the hotels
5. RESPONSIBILITY & LIABILITY
Buy Air Ticket Ltd. acts as an intermediary between airlines, hotels, transport services, and other suppliers. We strive to ensure all services run smoothly but are not responsible for:
- Delays or cancellations due to airlines or transport services
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Any injury, illness, or accident during the trip
5.1 Travel Advisory
It is the responsibility of the customer to check travel advisories, health guidelines, and entry requirements for Thailand, including COVID-19 restrictions, before departure.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, pandemics), Buy Air Ticket Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be provided, depending on the situation.

Payment Terms
1. Payment
- Deposit Requirement: To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total tour package cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your reservation and will be applied to your total balance.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer: Payments can be made directly to our designated bank account in Bangladesh. Bank details will be provided at the time of booking.
- Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Please note that a 2.5% processing fee may apply to card payments.
- bKash: Payments via bKash are accepted for your convenience. Please ensure the transaction reference number is provided to us for confirmation.
- Other Payment Gateways: Additional online payment methods may be available. Please inquire with our team for more details.
3. Currency
- All payments must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed upon. For international customers, currency conversion rates at the time of payment will apply.
4. Late Payments
- In some cases we accept payment instalments, in such case If the final payment is not received by the due date (30 days before the tour start date), Buy Air Ticket Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the booking. In such cases, the customer will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional cancellation fees as outlined in our cancellation policy.
5. Payment Confirmation
- A payment confirmation receipt will be issued upon receiving your deposit payment. Please keep these receipts for your records.
- If you do not receive a payment confirmation within 24 hours of making a payment, please contact our customer service team immediately.
6. Bank Charges and Transaction Fees
- Any bank charges, credit card processing fees, or transaction fees associated with making payments are the responsibility of the customer. The full tour package price must be received by Buy Air Ticket Ltd. without any deductions.
7. Refunds
- Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation terms for details on eligible refunds and the timeframe in which they will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the original transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
8. Discrepancies and Disputes
- If there is any discrepancy or dispute regarding payments, please notify us within 7 days of the payment date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- All disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, as stated in our governing law section.
